Could treatment timing boost cancer drug effectiveness?

NCT ID NCT07346053

Summary

This study investigates whether giving standard bladder cancer drugs in the morning versus the afternoon affects how well they work and their side effects. Researchers will enroll 224 adults with advanced bladder cancer and randomly assign them to receive their infusions either before 11:30 AM or after 1:30 PM. The goal is to see if the body's natural daily rhythms influence treatment outcomes and tolerability.
