First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether limiting eating to a specific window each day (time-restricted feeding) helps children and teens with obesity lose weight. About 67 participants will follow the diet for 2 months, and researchers will check if benefits last. They will also look at how gut bacteria and body clocks might play a role.
