Summary

This study looks at whether limiting when children and teens with obesity can eat (time-restricted feeding) helps them lose weight over 2 months. Researchers will also check if any benefits last and explore how the gut and body clock might play a role. About 67 participants will be followed to see changes in BMI and overall health.
