Summary
This study looks at whether time-restricted eating (eating only between 12pm and 8pm) helps adults over 60 improve body composition, muscle strength, and metabolic health. Some participants will also take a plant-based protein supplement. The study involves 80 healthy adults and lasts 8 weeks.
