First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating all meals within an 8-hour window (12 pm to 8 pm) can improve body composition, muscle strength, and metabolic health in adults over 60. Some participants will also take a plant-based protein supplement in the morning or afternoon. The goal is to see if these simple changes can help older adults maintain muscle and health as they age.
