Can an 8-Hour eating window tame PCOS symptoms?

NCT ID NCT06807775

Summary

This study is testing if a time-restricted eating pattern (eating all meals within an 8-hour window) can help manage Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It will compare this approach to a standard calorie-restricted diet in 45 women with PCOS, also including a group of healthy women for comparison. Researchers will measure changes in weight, metabolism, hormones, and appetite over 12 weeks.
