Summary

This study is testing if a daily 16-hour fast, where you only eat during an 8-hour window, can improve body fat, muscle strength, and blood sugar control in healthy adults over 60. Researchers will compare this eating pattern with and without an extra protein supplement to see which is most effective. Eighty participants will follow their assigned plan for eight weeks while their body composition, strength, and blood markers are measured.
