Can an 8-Hour eating window keep you stronger and healthier after 60?
NCT ID NCT07314658
Summary
This study is testing whether time-restricted eating (TRE), which limits daily food intake to an 8-hour window, can improve health in adults over 60. Researchers will compare TRE alone to TRE with added protein supplements, and to a group maintaining their normal diet. The goal is to see if these approaches help with body fat, muscle strength, and markers for blood sugar and cholesterol over an 8-week period.
