Can a 10-Hour eating window fix night shift health woes?
NCT ID NCT07451132
Summary
This study tested whether restricting eating to a 10-hour daily window could improve health markers for night shift workers. For 8 weeks, 22 healthcare workers tried this eating pattern, followed by 8 weeks of their normal diet. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar control, body clock signals, appetite, and stress markers to see if the timed eating helped.
