Eating on a schedule to stop pregnancy diabetes?
NCT ID NCT06431997
Summary
This study is testing if a simple daily eating schedule can help prevent gestational diabetes in pregnant women at high risk for the condition. Researchers will compare two groups of 240 women: one group will eat all their food within a 10-hour window each day, while the other follows their normal eating schedule. The main goal is to see if this time-restricted eating approach lowers the number of women who develop diabetes during pregnancy.
