Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells (TILs) with a newer targeted drug (EGFR-TKI) is safe for people with advanced lung cancer that no longer responds to standard targeted therapy. About 50 adults aged 18-75 with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer will receive the combination. The main goal is to check for side effects, while researchers also study how the immune cells relate to patient outcomes.
