Promising drug may ease embarrassing genital psoriasis

Summary
This study tests a medication called tildrakizumab, given as a shot under the skin, for people with moderate to severe genital psoriasis. About 206 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it clears the rash and reduces itching. The goal is to improve symptoms and quality of life for this sensitive condition.
