First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested a drug called tildacerfont in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who had high levels of adrenal androgens (a type of hormone). The goal was to see if the drug could safely lower these hormone levels. The study enrolled 27 women aged 18 to 40 and was terminated early, so results are limited.
