First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tested a drug called tildacerfont in children aged 2 to 17 with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), a condition where the body can't make certain hormones properly. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can help control the disease while allowing children to take lower doses of their usual steroid medications. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
