Summary

This study is testing a new personalized treatment for advanced melanoma, a serious skin cancer. It involves taking a patient's own immune cells from their tumor, growing large numbers of them in a lab, and then infusing them back into the patient to fight the cancer. The trial is for people whose melanoma has continued to grow despite trying at least two standard treatments, including immunotherapy.
