Summary

This study tests a new treatment called GT307, which uses immune cells taken from a patient's own tumor to fight advanced colorectal cancer. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors. About 18 adults whose cancer has worsened after first-line chemotherapy will take part.
