Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for advanced melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed. Doctors take immune cells from the patient's tumor, grow them in a lab, and give them back along with a drug called ANV419 to boost their activity. The main goal is to check safety in 10 adults, while also watching for tumor shrinkage.
