Scientists test 'Living Drug' made from Patients' own tumors to fight deadly skin cancer
NCT ID NCT07310784
Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called LM103 TILs for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors take immune cells from a patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The trial will compare this experimental therapy against standard care in 92 participants to see if it can better control the disease and extend survival.
