Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new approach for people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. Doctors take immune cells from the patient's own tumor, grow them in large numbers, and give them back along with a drug called ANV419 to help them survive and work better. The main goal is to check safety and side effects in 10 participants.
