Summary

This study aims to understand why some people develop a red meat allergy called Alpha-Gal Syndrome after a tick bite, while others do not. Researchers will follow 100 adults who have recently been bitten by a tick, collecting their blood and the tick itself to analyze immune responses. The goal is to identify early signs that predict who might develop this delayed food allergy.
