Brain study tracks teens with tics for two years

NCT ID NCT06576726

Summary

This study aims to better understand the full range of symptoms experienced by adolescents with tic disorders, like Tourette Syndrome. Researchers will follow 351 teens, with and without tics, for two years, measuring their sensory sensitivity, motor coordination, and social and mental health. The goal is to gather detailed information to help develop better future treatments and care, as current options are limited and often focus only on tics.
