Summary
This study aims to learn more about rare conditions where the body doesn't respond properly to thyroid hormone. Researchers will study 150 patients to better define the symptoms, develop tools for faster diagnosis, and create stem cell models to understand the disease. The goal is to find better ways to identify and monitor these conditions, which can cause developmental and heart problems.
