Summary

This study is for adults with an overactive thyroid or enlarged thyroid gland (goiter) who cannot or choose not to have surgery or radioactive iodine treatment. Researchers are testing a procedure called thyroid embolization, where tiny particles are injected into the thyroid's blood vessels to shrink it. The goal is to see if this improves quality of life and safely controls thyroid hormone levels. About 100 participants will be followed for 6 months.
