NCT ID NCT04061980

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of targeted drugs, with or without an immunotherapy drug, can help control advanced thyroid cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard radioactive iodine treatment. It is for patients whose cancer has a specific genetic change called a BRAF V600 mutation. The goal is to see if these drug combinations are safe and can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
