New implant aims to restore Pain-Free grip for thumb arthritis

Summary
This study is observing a new type of artificial thumb joint implant, called the Touch® prosthesis, in people with severe thumb arthritis. It aims to see how well the implant reduces pain and improves hand movement and strength after surgery. The study will follow 216 patients to check the implant's performance and safety over time.
