Summary
This study is testing whether a daily throat spray made from natural ingredients can help prevent common colds and sore throats. It will involve 100 healthy adults who are at higher risk of getting sick, such as healthcare workers, teachers, or parents of young children. Participants will use the spray or a placebo daily for 16 weeks and report how often and how long they feel ill.
