Summary
This study tests a program called Thriving Hearts, which offers extra support and connection for pregnant people through local health departments in 10 North Carolina counties. The goal is to see if this program can lower the number of dangerous high blood pressure disorders during pregnancy. About 17,500 people will take part, and the program will be rolled out in stages over several years.
