Summary
This study tests a program called THRIVE for teen mothers in Barbados who are feeling stressed or down. The program includes seven sessions on sexual health, parenting, and life skills, plus health checks. Researchers want to see if it improves mental health and prevents repeat unplanned pregnancies compared to standard care. About 50 young women aged 10 to 25 will take part.
