Summary
This study will test a new support program called THRIVE for young mothers in Barbados. It aims to improve their mental health and parenting skills while helping to prevent repeat, unplanned pregnancies. Researchers will compare 50 young women who receive the THRIVE program to those who get standard care to see if it leads to better overall health.
