NCT ID NCT06858137

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding thread embedding acupuncture (TEA) to a standard steroid nasal spray helps people with allergy rhinitis more than the spray alone. 64 adults with typical allergy symptoms like sneezing and stuffy nose took part. The main goal was to see if the combination improved symptoms and quality of life better than the spray by itself.
