Summary

This study tests if a quick, controlled push on the upper back, combined with gentle neck stretches, can reduce pain and improve movement in people with chronic neck pain. Researchers will measure pain, posture, and how well participants can sense their neck position. The study involves 46 adults aged 20-40 with neck pain lasting over 3 months.
