First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding special back mobility exercises to regular training helps teenage female volleyball players improve their strength, endurance, and serve/spike speed. 26 girls aged 13-17 took part, with one group doing only regular training and the other adding thoracic mobility exercises for four weeks. The results showed no extra benefit from the additional exercises.
