First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This completed study looked at whether adding special thoracic (upper back) mobility exercises to regular training could improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and serve/spike speed in 26 female volleyball players aged 13-17. One group did regular training, while the other added thoracic mobility exercises for four weeks. The results showed no additional benefits from the extra exercises.
