New Alzheimer's drug enters early safety testing

Summary

This study tests a new drug called THN391 in people with early Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how it works in the body. Fifteen participants will receive either the drug or a placebo over about 6 months. This is an early-stage study, so it does not aim to treat or cure Alzheimer's yet.
