Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called THIO, when given before an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab), works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The trial is for adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying two prior treatments, including immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Researchers hope THIO will make tumors responsive again to immunotherapy, potentially helping people live longer.
