Summary

This study is testing a new drug called THIO, given before an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab), for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow or returned after their first treatment that included an immunotherapy drug. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if this sequence can help control the cancer.
