Summary

This study compares two types of injections—platelet-poor plasma (PPP) and corticosteroids—for treating thigh muscle injuries in athletes aged 15-30. The main goal is to see which treatment helps athletes return to sports faster and with less pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two injections, and their recovery will be tracked for up to a year.
