Summary
This study looks at two types of injections for thigh muscle injuries in athletes aged 15 to 30. One injection uses a steroid, and the other uses a part of the patient's own blood called platelet-poor plasma. The goal is to see which one helps athletes return to their sport faster and with less pain.
