First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares a device called MiBo Thermoflo, which applies heat to the eyelids, against standard warm compresses and massage for treating dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. About 42 adults who haven't improved with standard care will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better relieves symptoms and improves eye health over 24 weeks.
