Summary
This study aims to see if a 16-week program of water exercise in thermal pools and drinking mineral water infused with bay leaf can improve heart health markers in middle-aged and older adults. Researchers will measure changes in cholesterol, blood pressure, body fat, and fitness levels. Participants will be randomly assigned to different combinations of the exercise program and the special mineral water drink.
