Can a short talk boost student hope?
NCT ID NCT07432451
Summary
This study tested whether a short counseling program could improve hope, problem-solving skills, and life satisfaction in vocational school students. 46 students with lower hope scores were randomly assigned to either receive the counseling sessions or continue as usual. Researchers measured changes using questionnaires to see if the brief therapy made a difference.
