Summary

This study is testing whether a special therapy program can help young adults who struggle with social media addiction. The program uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to teach participants how to manage their social media use, improve their self-esteem, and handle social problems better. Researchers will enroll 74 university students aged 18-30 who show signs of social media addiction and measure changes in their addiction levels, self-esteem, and problem-solving skills after completing eight therapy sessions.
