The program uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to teach participants how to manage their social media use, improve their self-esteem, and handle social problems better. Researchers will enroll 74 university students aged 18-30 who show signs of social media addiction and measure changes in their addiction levels, self-esteem, and problem-solving skills after completing eight therapy sessions.
