Summary
This study is testing whether a special therapy program can help people with long-lasting ankle sprain pain. The program combines physical exercises with psychological techniques to address pain, improve movement, and reduce fear of re-injury. Researchers will work with 40 adults who have had ankle pain for over 3 months, delivering a 12-week personalized therapy program and measuring changes in pain and function.
