Summary
This study looked at 48 adults with mood disorders and insomnia who received a new type of therapy called ChronoS therapy. The goal was to see if a strong bond with the therapist (therapeutic alliance) helped improve sleep. Researchers measured sleep problems and the quality of the patient-therapist relationship before and after therapy.
