New virus therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary
This is an early-stage trial testing a new treatment called THEO-260 for women with advanced ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to standard platinum chemotherapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Eighteen participants will receive six doses of the treatment directly into the abdomen over two weeks and be closely monitored.
