New hair loss cream takes on minoxidil in major trial

Summary
This study tests a new topical treatment called TH07 for male pattern baldness. About 420 men aged 18-49 will apply TH07, standard minoxidil, or a placebo daily for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure hair count and thickness to see if TH07 works better than existing options.
