Scientists track radioactive drug through healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT06986772
Summary
This study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates a new drug candidate (TGRX-678) for chronic myeloid leukemia. Six healthy Chinese male volunteers received a single, traceable dose of the drug. Researchers measured where the drug went and how it left the body to gather basic safety and processing information.
