NCT ID NCT03363711
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app that sends text messages can help young cancer survivors better manage their long-term health. All participants get a personalized care plan, and some are randomly chosen to also receive the app with tailored reminders and tips. The goal is to see if this technology helps survivors follow their plans and stay healthy after finishing cancer treatment.
