Summary
This study compares two hands-on treatments—Muscle Energy Technique and Bowen Therapy—for people with text neck syndrome, a common condition from looking down at phones too long. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, and daily function in 78 adults aged 18-35 who use smartphones over 4 hours daily. The goal is to see which therapy better eases discomfort and improves quality of life.
