This study tested two sets of exercises—Sahrmann and Kendall—in 64 adults aged 18-35 who had neck pain from using smartphones over 2 hours daily. Participants had moderate to severe pain and disability. The goal was to see which exercise better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and lowered disability.
