Summary
This study tested two sets of exercises—Sahrmann and Kendall—in 64 adults aged 18-35 who had neck pain from using smartphones over 2 hours daily. Participants had moderate to severe pain and disability. The goal was to see which exercise better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and lowered disability. Results help guide treatment for text neck syndrome.
