Summary
This study tests if sending parents a text message with clear advice after they call an emergency line about their child's fever can reduce unnecessary trips to the doctor or ER. It aims to see if this simple, low-cost method helps parents manage mild fever at home more confidently and follow medical advice better. The goal is to ease parental anxiety and reduce strain on emergency services.
