Summary
This study investigated whether testosterone replacement therapy could improve dry eye symptoms in men with low testosterone levels. Researchers compared 77 men—some with low testosterone who received injections and others with normal levels who did not. They measured various eye health markers over 18 weeks to see if the hormone therapy made a difference.
